One Consortium is excited to be hosting, in partnership with Ofcom, “The global telecoms ecosystem: industry, regulators and law enforcement together against fraud”, at the upcoming INTERPOL and UNODC 2026 Global Fraud Summit, taking place 16–17 March in Vienna.

The session will bring together telecom regulators, leading industry organizations, and law enforcement agencies from across the globe to showcase how the broader telecoms ecosystem plays a decisive role in tackling fraud and scams that exploit voice and messaging channels.

Through short presentations and a focused panel discussion, speakers will outline their observations on fraud trends and highlight practical actions already making a difference, from anti‑spoofing measures to stronger KYC and better international information sharing. 

The event will also showcase emerging models of cooperation, including GIRAF and the Restore Trust initiative.

Together, the discussion will underline why closer alignment between regulators, operators, and enforcement bodies is essential, and invite participants to discuss how to shape a more coordinated, globally consistent approach to tackling telecom‑enabled fraud.
