One Consortium is honored to contribute to the Call for Pledges issued by the UNODC as part of one of the two objectives of the Global Fraud Summit.

By the end of 2026, One Consortium pledges to provide implementable guidelines to enhance and harmonize telecommunication industry tools and practices globally to fight fraud and scams.

Specific areas of focus include International Traceback, the fight against illegitimate Spoofing, Know Your Customer guidelines, Messaging, and Identity. 

One Consortium will work collaboratively with regulators (including GIRAF participants) and relevant stakeholders globally. 

Additionally, One Consortium will provide an inventory of industry tools and regulations by jurisdiction to fight frauds and scams, to facilitate coordination across the ecosystem.
